Parenthood is no joke. And to support those whose journey has yet to begin, I’ve created Sacred Seed a journey of Intentional Fertility and Lifestyle Wellness supporting parents and children in foundational health and wellness while remembering the innate wisdom that is already within them.
Infertility in both men and women has become a big issue as of late, and when embarking into parenthood before bringing the body back into balance, the road can be very rocky. The body understands how to return to balance when the proper tools, guidance and habits are in place, and establishing these as innate body wisdom before trying to conceive allows the body to undertake this next big leap with more ease and flow, strength and stamina and less potential stress, treatments and protocols. And while coming back to balance before beginning the pregnancy journey doesn’t necessarily mean there won’t be any stumbling blocks, it does ensure that any necessary next steps will be set up for the best possible outcome!
Join me in sharing this offering with those who may resonate. It takes community to support each other, and my mission is to support families on the front end of their journey, so parents and children alike are supported in the best possible ways from the get-go.
