Death

Everything comes to an end.

This may be one of the most important parts of the cycle.

And definitely the one that has tried to be erased.

The tree isn’t afraid of shedding her beautiful blooms so the fruit and leaves may now come.

Death.

This part of cycles work has had the biggest impact on me, and keeps drawing me back towards it.

We only fear death because we’ve been taught to.

And in that - the second half of the equation has been silenced.

The cycle continues.

And life once again emerges.

Always.

And often more beautiful than ever before.

And in the meantime.. I now have beautiful pink confetti all over my driveway. Until I don’t.

So, for the time being - I’m learning to soak that up. Just as I relished in those blooms!

What are all the ‘death’ parts of the cycles we’ve been ignoring, shamed from and fear to speak of? I’m so glad you asked!

Join me for my Free ‘Vision in Rhythm’ workshop this Friday. This workshop is an entry point to understanding the cycles we are always living in and supported by (connected to the seasons and beyond) - understanding that when we relax back into these natural cycles life really does flow more easefully.

And it’s a practice.

Our current culture supports a very linear, never ending, pushing type model that is very counter to how our innate rhythms work.

Comment here if you’re curious to explore more! It’s radically simple yet profound work. And I freaking LOVE it! xx
